Delivery frameworks – Agile, Waterfall, WAGILE

About the Event

We are all familiar with the "textbook" methodologies and frameworks, but in practice, we often blend different techniques to deliver change.

Following significant interest on the PCMG mailing list, and as part of the UCISA PCMG regular webinar series, this event will explore how universities have implemented and utilized combinations of different project delivery methodologies and frameworks. Presenters will explore:

• Does one size fit all?
• How they have combined the "best bits" from different methodologies
• Lessons learned along the way
• How these fit into governance structures

The webinar will provide an overview of the implementation of agile ways of working within ITS, sharing the lessons learnt and improvements made to delivery, along with a discussion on our next steps.
